Care Provider Training
This training is 6 weeks long and occurs Mondays through Thursdays. The final day of this training is Thursday, February 13.
Learn the basic skills to become a professional care provider or enhance your existing care provider skills at MAC’s free Care Provider Training Program.
Training includes:
- Alzheimer’s and dementia education
- CPR certification
- Communication strategies
- Medication awareness
- Fall prevention
- Work experience placement for hands-on experience with clients
- Job coaching and job placement assistance
