Do you have an Advanced Directive? TidalHealth will offer a free Advanced Directive workshop to you plan your future healthcare decisions.

If you are unable to speak for yourself, who would you want to make decisions about your care?
Have you discussed your wishes with your loved ones?
What care would you want in the event of terminal illness, end-stage condition or a persistent vegetative state?

The free workshop will help you answer these questions and offer assistance in completing your advanced directive. The workshop will be held Tuesday, May 13, from 10 a.m. to noon in the Bradford Room at MAC.
