Learn how to better manage your Type 2 diabetes through MAC’s Living Well Diabetes Self-Management workshop to be held Tuesdays, Jan. 9 to Feb. 13, from 2 to 4:30 p.m. at the Ocean Pines branch of the Worcester County Library.
Participants will learn how to deal with stress and how to address high and low blood sugar. They also will get information on exercise, carb counting, healthy eating and menu planning. The class is open to adults with Type 2 diabetes or those who are pre-diabetic.
