An Introduction to Birding on Delmarva
This general introduction to birding includes information on equipment and other resources, ways to attract birds to your yard, and what to look and listen for as you observe birds. Also: good birding locations on Delmarva, a review of many species of birds regularly observed in this area with photos and hints for identification in the field, and more.
Presented by Dr. Ellen Lawler, an emeritus professor of Salisbury University where she taught Ornithology among other courses in the Biology Department for over 25 years. She is vice-president of the Tri-County Bird Club.
