Location: MAC. Learn how to better manage your Type 2 diabetes through MAC’s Living Well Diabetes Self-Management workshop to be held Thursdays, Jan. 25 to Feb. 29, from 1-3:30 p.m. The free workshops will be held at MAC Inc., located at 909 Progress Circle in Salisbury.

Participants will learn how to deal with stress and how to address high and low blood sugar. They also will get information on exercise, carb counting, healthy eating and menu planning. The class is open to adults with Type 2 diabetes or those who are pre-diabetic.
