Living Well with Hypertension
Learn how to better manage your high blood pressure!
MAC, Your Area Agency on Aging, will present a free Living Well with Hypertension workshop on Thursday, April 27, from 1 to 3:30 p.m.
This single session workshop is designed for those who have been diagnosed with high blood pressure. Topics will include:
- Defining high blood pressure
- Medication management
- Reading food labels
- Reducing sodium in your diet
- Complications with high blood pressure
- Blood pressure guidelines/know your numbers
