Virtual Tai Ji Quan class starts Sept. 28

A new Tai Ji Quan class is being offered through MAC, Sept. 28 through March 10.
This class, which is being held virtually via Zoom, emphasizes “Moving for Better Balance.”
The class is open to the public and will meet Mondays and Wednesdays, 4:30 to 5:30 p.m.
Tai Ji Quan utilizes several Tai Chi movements aimed at reducing the risk of falling, while strengthening the core and legs.
The movements are performed slowly and deliberately in order to get the most physical and mental benefits possible.
