Winter Institute: “Jump Start Your Morning with Stretch & Balance”

It’s time to start your mornings off right! This class is designed to revitalize your mind, body, and balance by preparing you for the long day ahead. This class focuses on maintaining and improving joint range of motion. Therapeutic movements to restore and improve posture and mind body awareness. This low-impact class focuses on releasing tension in your muscles, stretching, balance and tuning your body up so you can keep living your best life.
Presented by Robby Chin, who is known for his enthusiasm and creativity as Wellness Coordinator for MAC’s Richard A. Henson Wellness Center gym.
This class is offered at MAC on a regular basis, both in person at the gym, and virtually. This is a great opportunity to try out the class before you sign up!
