Celebrating Pride Month at MAC

June is Pride Month, a time to celebrate diversity, promote inclusion, and recognize the contributions and experiences of LGBTQ+ individuals in our communities.

At MAC, we believe every person deserves to age with dignity, respect, and the opportunity to live authentically. We are committed to fostering a welcoming environment where older adults, caregivers, volunteers, employees, and community members feel valued, supported, and connected. Pride Month also serves as an opportunity to recognize the unique experiences of LGBTQ+ older adults, many of whom have overcome significant challenges throughout their lives while helping pave the way for future generations. Their stories, resilience, and contributions continue to strengthen our communities.

As we celebrate Pride Month, MAC reaffirms its commitment to creating safe, inclusive spaces where everyone feels a sense of belonging. Together, we can build a community that honors diversity and supports all individuals as they age with independence, purpose, and dignity.
