Community For Life

Help at Home

Community for Life, Wicomico supports older adults who wish to remain living in their homes, through transportation, home maintenance, advocacy, social engagement, and unlimited service navigation.  Our program is designed to help you enjoy your independence and quality of life in your home, for years to come.

Transportation will provide door to door, round trip service to medical appointments, pharmacy, salons, grocery stores and more.

Home maintenance will help you cross items off your “honey-do” list or find the right affordable vetted contractor to do the job.

Service navigation will provide connections to community activities and events.  Members will be provided with friendly phone calls, friendly visits, help with completing paperwork and navigating government agencies.

This is a fee-based membership program with trustworthy and reliable services, to help protect members against potential attempts of exploitation and fraud.  The program will support your efforts to remain healthy, safe, and independent to utilize local resources and to maintain social and community networks.
