Richard A. Henson Wellness Center
The Wellness Center is closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. But that doesn't mean you have to lose what fitness progress you have made!
The Richard A. Henson Wellness Center offers a wide variety of programs and services targeted toward addressing the health concerns and needs of older persons. The center’s goal is to enable and to empower members to be physically active and to maintain and enhance their level of independence. See our activities calendar for current offerings.
Those interested in attending our facility to exercise individually or in one of our group exercise classes must fill out membership forms and bring a release signed by your physician (this form is included in the membership packet) to register.
